Who We are

Connor Kreis, James Barrios, and Mike Harris all met at the University of Florida in the Nathan S. Collier Master of Science in Real Estate program (MSRE) in the spring of 2019. They noticed that the real estate industry lacked effective and affordable training materials for in-depth real estate modeling in Excel - a crucial skill for students as they enter the industry.
